New prenatal class makes exercising while pregnant fun and comfortable!
Increasing medical evidence shows that exercise is usually safe during pregnancy, and that women who exercise are more likely to carry their babies to full term than women who do not. Our prenatal exercise classes follow the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and will give expectant mothers a host of benefits. (Note: Consult your physician before starting any exercise program during your pregnancy.)
We offer special prenatal classes in small groups of 5 participants led by Robina Streja, MS, PT a Licensed Physical Therapist specializing in maternity fitness. Robina will lead you through exercises that will improve your balance, functional strength, and flexibility followed by relaxation. Our private and cozy studio creates a quiet and comfortable environment for exercise.
Nutritional Counseling, Pre-Natal Massages, and One-on-One Personal Training are also available.
